My Prenatal Pilates DVD is available for sale!!!

Faithful Blog Subscribers,

Have you forgotten me?  I can't believe how long it has been since my last post.  Trust me, my silence has not been due to my lack of material.  I have a "blog" folder on my phone with at least 10 topics I wanted to write about.

Like the time I was in Meijer and overheard a husband and wife deep in conversation and, no, it was not related to grocery shopping like "Should we buy the Mac 'n Cheese or Velveta."  It was something serious and more appropriate for a candlelit dinner.  Upon further inspection I noticed they had 3 active children under the age of 6 whom they had escorted via shopping cart over to the fish tanks to keep them distracted so the parents could have 5 minutes of adult discussion without interruption.  Perhaps this could be the next big trend in the restaurant world?  Genius.

Last month I decided it was time for my 5 year old to try riding his bike without his training wheels.  I pictured this being one of theose days I would always remember--I was right but for all the wrong reasons.  Before we even got started the chain fell off and 30 minutes and 10 greasy black digits later I ended up screaming profanities and begging Grandpa to drive over and assist.  I spent the next hour running up and down the sidewalk unable to let go of the backseat of the bike due to some serious trust issues Tyler was having.
Tyler:  "But Mom, what if I fall off and get a big scrape."
          Me:  "You probably will."
Not the pep talk he was expecting I'm sure but I left my patience in the garage next to the box of tools that proved useless in my earlier attempts to fix the bike chain.  All the while Grandpa acted as cheerleader--more like jeerleader as he yelled out "Oh, ya big baby, let Mom take her hand off--your sister could do better than you!"  Let's just say my experience ended with one sore back and 2 cold beers.

And finally there was that moment a few months back when I almost cursed out the bank teller.  I had pulled up to the drive-thru window to deposit a check--harmless enough right?  Back up 1.5 hrs.  It was a day of running errands and this was our last of 5 stops and the kids were being awful.  I made sure to get my yelling out of the way before rolling down the window and then plastered on a fake smile as I greeted the teller.  At the end of the transaction she asked "Would your kids like some suckers?"  "YEAH" they all screamed from the back seat (even Gabe's eyes lit up).  How could I say "no" now?  But in reality what I wanted to say was "What makes you think they deserve a reward?  What about me?  I'm the one who is tired to the very bone.  I've been listening to whining and breaking up fights and buckling and unbuckling them into their seats all day.  Where the heck is MY treat?!  You got one of those small bottles of booze back there?  How bout a foot rub for Mama Bear?"  Luckily I snapped out of it in time to enjoy a quiet ride hime while they all had their suckers.

The real reason for my silence is due to a huge project I have just completed.  For the last 6 months I have created and produced my very own Prenatal Pilates DVD and it turned out even better than I thought!  There were only a few out takes and all of them involved the big therapy balls.  I kept saying, "Girls grab your balls, Girls sit on your balls."  Thank goodness my sister was there to help direct or people may have thought I was producing a whole different sort of video!!!  The DVD can be purchased on amazon http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=carrie+koziol or from a secure paypal link on my website http://pilatesbycarrie.com/dvd and it is a MUST-HAVE for any pregnant women.  In addition to containing all the exercises from the 6 week classes I have been teaching, it has an amazing meditation section making it unlike any other DVD on the market today!

Here's where I need your help.  I would be willing to send you a FREE copy of the DVD if you would be willing to do the following 3 things:
1) Like my Facebook Business Page.
2) Watch the DVD and give me a glowing review on Amazon.
3)  Follow some simple steps to "tag" my DVD on Amazon.

Just send your mailing address to my email at carriekoziol@gmail.com and it is yours!  Along with the DVD I will send detailed instructions helping you complete the above steps.  After viewing you may even be able to re-gift it to a pregnant friend or family member in time for Christmas.  As a reminder, this offer is only for those people subscribed to my blog as of midnight, on 12/12/12.

Thanks for your support and here's to more time for blogging in 2013!
